SEWING MACHINE I (daytime): Learn the fundamentals
of using a sewing machine while making a simple throw pillow. No sewing experience is necessary. Sewing machines
available or bring your own, start on the right foot.

Basic Sewing - Teens Welcomed: Sew an
easy skirt and top while learning the fundamentals of fitting, pattern Lay-out, as well as basic construction techniques.
This class will start you in the correct direction for future classes. (Homework may be required to complete projects. Knowledge
of machine operation is suggested.)
3 Sessions as follows, the first two sessions will be 10:00AM
- 12:30PM and the last session will be 10:00AM - 3:00pm:

Basic Sew II & III- (Combined class) Make a pair of jeans. In this class you will learn how
to put in a fly sipper, waistband with belt carriers and a back yoke. Perfect continuation to the basic sewing class.
or you can make a skirt. The skirt will have a high waist finished with
facing, back darts, and center back zipper. Along with front pockets and a back hemline box pleat. The choice is yours! (Must have taken the basic sewing class or have knowledge of pattern laying and construction.) .

QUILTING
Block of the Month Finishing - Bring in your quilt project
for help to set the layers together, quilt or bind. Hoopsisters GooseTracks and Block of the Month quilters can use this time to finish up.

Quilt Finishing - This is a 4 hour class for you to bring in an
unfinished quilt to help layer, bind and quilt. Use our large tables in the classroom to baste your quilt and proceed
with the quilting. Learn some quick binding techniques and get help on how to plan out your quilting to best suit you
quilt design.

Twofer One Quilts
- Make two quilts from cutting one stack of fabrics. Use rotary cutting techniques and easy strip piecing to create
these beauties. One can be used as a beautiful table runner.

HOOPSISTERS
BLOCK OF THE MONTH 2012 "Earth to Quilt" -The new Hoopsisters embroidablock project for 2012 is here.
This is a 10 month project class meeting once a month on a Wednesday evening. With the help of the instructor you will
learn the technique in class and then complete several blocks on your own each month. Optionally, this year there are
added small projects you can choose to do as well. Don't miss out on the fun and the excitement. Make the whole earth
quilt or just one of the smaller one block wonders or just all the projects. It's your turn to have fun and create with
the Hoopsisters.

how to make a plain fabric panel design into something terrific with some batting and thread on your sewing machine.

Quillow - A quillow is a throw
that turns into a pillow.

Class supplies are not included in the course fee and must be purchased before the class
begins. A list of supplies may be obtained at time of registration. All classes begin
on time and you are strongly encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting time. A deposit of
half is required to register for all classes $50 or higher. All other classes must be paid in full at time
of registration. Because of a commitment to our teachers, a refund is only available if you cancel at least
2 weeks prior to class start. All “no-shows” forfeit class deposits and fees. Deposits
are non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel any class that has not filled. To
prevent course cancellations, you are advised to register as early as possible. In the event a class is
cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be contacted and given a choice of full refund or the substitution of another
class. We also offer private sewing machine instruction, by appointment, given on your machine, any make
